Can I Order Commissioned Art?
Yes! Please fill out this form to discuss your request.
How do Commissions Work?
Send me a message outlining the details of your request and I will get back to you with a quote. Prices depend on the medium, complexity and size of the artwork. After payment is received in full I will send an initial sketch before proceeding with the final artwork.
For floral and architectural illustrations you will have to provide clear reference photos.
Floral Illustrations: Starting at $900
Architectural Illustrations: B&W starting at $400 | Color starting at $500
Paintings: Starting at $1000
Can you provide copies of the custom artwork?
For floral & architectural illustrations you have the option to add a high-resolution digital file to your order for an additional fee. This file comes with a personal-use license, allowing you to print unlimited non-commercial copies of your commissioned piece.

Commissioning artwork does not grant the client reproduction rights; all copyright and reproduction rights remain exclusively with the artist unless explicitly licensed in writing.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How does my Piece Ship?
Original paintings ship stretched onto a frame.
Illustrations and prints are shipped in an enforced envelope or rolled depending on the size.
What is the Delivery Time?
All orders are processed within 1 week. The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, the standard delivery time is 2-5 days within the US and 1-3 weeks internationally.

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?
For customers outside of the US, you may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Each country has its regulations in this regard, so we recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information.
Please note that import and tax fees are not within my control.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
I offer worldwide shipping! To check availability for your country, add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout. If your country isn’t listed, email me at info@christinadienst.com so we can try to accommodate you.
Do You Accept Returns?
All sales are final. Each product is made to order so we do not accept returns exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if I Received a Damaged Order?
If your order is damaged please email info@christinadienst.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong item and we will be happy to assist you.
